On Saturday we had two runners at Bangor-On-Dee, Pub Crawl and Kintaro both run in the first race on the card. Pub Crawl had a small step in the right direction, but ultimately it was still below the level of form he shows at home, there is ability there we just need to work out how to unlock it onto the track.

Sunday is here and there are no runners for the stable today with racing scheduled over jumps at Perth and on the flat at Goodwood. In Ireland, it is the last day at Punchestown for their two-day meeting.

We have had a few quiet days with no runners but we are back at it today with two runners at Bangor and they both go in the first race on the card the 1:40pm Novices’ Hurdle over 2miles. Kintaro has David Noonan on board, while Pub Crawl has Jack Tudor in the saddle, both horse have ability but are characters, they are both big prices today.

Yesterday we had a quiet day with no runners and we are quiet today with our next runners tomorrow. There is jumps racing at Market Rasen being the sole jumps card, while on the flat there are meetings at Thirsk, Brighton, Haydock, Goodwood and Bath. In Ireland, they race over jumps at Clonmel and on the flat at Fairyhouse.

Yesterday we were at Newton Abbot with two runners. Behind The Curtain was our first runner in the first race on the card and he returned to the bigger obstacles, things went quite quick for him and he got unlucky at being hampered by the faller at the 6th fence and he lost his position after that. I think Jack did well to get him back in the race gradually and he ran on well in the end finishing 5th.

Yesterday was a quiet day in the yard with no runners and today we are back racing with two runners at Newton Abbot. Behind The Curtain runs in the 2:10pm Handicap Chase with Jack Tudor on board, he won over hurdles at Hereford last time out and he is back over the bigger obstacles today, but he has been in great form recently for the racing club so hopefully, he can run another solid race.

Yesterday was a quiet day for the stable with no runners and today we have no runners either. There is jumps racing at Southwell, which will see the likes of Harry Skelton, Henry Brooke and Sean Bowen in action who occupy the top three placings in the Jump Jockeys’ championship at the moment. On the flat, there are meetings at Leicester, and evening all-weather action at Wolverhampton and Lingfield.
