   Mr Tambourine Man wins at Uttoxeter!
Saturday we made our way to Uttoxeter with two runners for their evening meeting. Mr Tambourine Man backed up his win last time out to get his head in front again, on ground that was probably softer than ideal. The handicapper will have his say but hopefully there's still more to come from him as he seems to be in a good place at the moment!

Today we head to Salisbury for Rebel Angel who runs in the 5:30pm Handicap over 1mile 4f with Saffie Osborne on board. She ran well at Chepstow a couple of starts ago and got a little unlucky at Windsor last time out, she actually ran better than her finishing position suggests and she galloped all the way to the line, so hopefully she can build on that run and go well.

  Hammer Dan wins at Newton Abbot!
Last night we had three runners at Newton Abbot. Hammer Dan appreciated the better ground last night and ran a lovely race given a good ride from Jack Tudor to come out with his head in front. In the last, we had two for the stable Born In The West & Tres Bien, they both ran well. It was a bit of a strange race, but they were both prominent and Born In The West was unlucky to get caught to finish 2nd and Tres Bien run well to finish 3rd. They both look like horses who are capable of winning races. Â

Today, there is jumps racing at Newton Abbot and Market Rasen with the flat scheduled at Sandown, Chester, York and Goodwood. In Ireland, they race over flat today at Cork and Fairyhouse. We have three runners at Newton Abbot this evening, Hammer Dan, Born In The West and Tres Bien.

Today we have two new stable recruits making their debut for us at Worcester for their evening meeting. Coltor runs in the 7:25pm Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 7f with Jack Tudor in the saddle. He has some high-class hurdling and flat form to his name; he is a likeable character and shows plenty of ability.

We are back in action racing tomorrow, so it is another quiet day for the stable today. Jumps action comes from Fontwell, while the flat action is at Yarmouth, Kempton and Hamilton. In Ireland, they race on the flat at Limerick. There is some interest for the 5:40pm at Kempton, as half-sister to Enable runs for the John and Thady Gosden team.

Today we have a quiet day with no runners but there is action across both codes as Southwell has a jumps meeting and Salisbury hosts its fourth race day of the season. There is attention in the 4:07pm at Salisbury for Drumstick, trained by Andrew Balding, makes his second start for the King and Queen. Wetherby stages an evening meeting on the flat.
