        Chemical Warfare runs today
The sole jumps action comes from Worcester this evening, while it’s all go on the flat with cards coming from Goodwood, Haydock, Bath and Pontefract. In Ireland, they race over both codes this evening with jumping at Downpatrick and flat action from the Curragh.

It is a busy Friday for the team across both codes, we have three runners at three different meetings! We start with Bashful Boy at Goodwood who runs in the 2:40pm Handicap over 2miles with Josephine Gordon riding. He ran well in the Chester Cup last time out and finished strongly, he should improve for that first run back.

Ocean Heights returns quickly after his recent win to run at Haydock in the 1:50pm Handicap over 1mile 2f with Jack Dace in the saddle. It is a slightly shorter trip here, but it shouldn't be a problem and coming here today means he does not have a penalty, so it looks another nice opportunity for him.

To finish things we are back to jumping with Chemical Warfare at Worcester in the 5:27pm Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 7f with Jack Tudor aboard. He did not quite see out the distance of the Norfolk National last time, so this trip will suit today and he returns to hurdling.

Yesterday we were at Ffos Las with Kepagge, who was prominent all the way and looked to be travelling and jumping well throughout but just weakened on the run in. He had won on good ground at Ffos Las, but as he's getting older maybe the ground was a little too quick for his liking on this occasion.

How do you ghosts wash their hair?

With sham-boo!

Happy Friday!
