            Ocean Heights runs today
With the jumps season taking it's break in Britain the flat action comes from Ayr, Windsor and two all-weather cards which come from Lingfield and Wolverhampton tonight. In Ireland, it's flat action coming from Naas.

Although no jumps racing, we head to Windsor with Ocean Heights who runs in the 6:30pm Handicap over 1mile 2f with Josephine Gordon riding. He ran well last time out a couple of weeks ago and he is gradually working himself back to form. Hopefully he can improve here again today and his winning ways won't be too far away!

Yesterday Constitution Hill was given the all clear to make his trip to Punchestown this week, after James Bowen schooled him at Seven Barrows. Nicky Henderson was reported to be very happy and looks forward to the week as he sends over a team of around 14!

I was also glad to hear positive news about Niall Houlihan who took a nasty fall at Fontwell on Friday which resulted in the race being void, he was reported to only need three stitches under his chin and was home out of hospital that late evening. It's amazing he has walked away like that and we wish him a speedy recovery.

It was a standout Saturday for the jumps racing finale and without actually attending Sandown, you could easily notice it was one of the best days racing to witness in a long time. The trainers title going down right to the wire was an exciting watch for all and of course for a day to end the way it did with Sean Bowen winning the Bet365 was just brilliant. You must take your hat off to Dan Skelton for his incredible achievements throughout this season and I really did feel for him to miss out on the title on the day, but it certainly won't be too far away until he does get his hands on the trophy I'm sure of it!

There was plenty of football action over the weekend, which was built up for Liverpool's win of the Premier League. With the great result this now means that Liverpool have matched Manchester United's total of 20 titles.

What do cakes and cricket teams have in common?

They both need a good batter!

Happy Monday!
