It was an action packed weekend with the main action coming from Scotland, that's all done and dusted for another year. Today the jumps cards come from Warwick with an evening card and Hexham this afternoon. The flat card comes from Pontefract and in Ireland, they have a jumps card coming from Tramore. The stable have no runners today.

The British Jumps Trainer title is set to look to go down to the line until the very end as on Wednesday there is a Cheltenham card which looks to feature plenty for Skelton and Mullins. But for today, there is competitive enough prize money coming from Warwick and Dan Skelton heads there with four runners. The gap between the two at the moment is just under £2,000.

Although the Scottish National was an Irish win it was also a great win for Harry Cobden, who picked up a ride for Willie Mullins in the race. It was a very cool, calm and collected ride from Harry on Captain Cody to come from nowhere and his only instructions before the race was that the horse only normally goes well for girls - so put on your best female voice which obviously worked!

Plenty of Premier League action was keeping you busy on the football front and yesterday saw the likes of Chelsea 2-2 Ipswich, Liverpool 2-1 West Ham, Wolverhampton 4-2 Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle 4-1 Man Utd. The action continues now Bournemouth vs. Fulham at 8pm.

Rory McIlroy finally claimed the Green Jacket in the masters in a nervy finale last night and mentioned he did always wonder if he would ever win the masters. The emotion of 14 years of trying did show which referenced the 2011 Masters when he threw away a four-shot lead in the final round and he'll be glad he's finally achieved the lifelong ambition.

Why should you never give Elsa a balloon?

Because she might let it go!

Have a great Monday!
