After a busy Saturday with plenty of racing action going on, a much more relaxed day of things today. Stratford is the only jumps card in Britain after Wincanton abandoned their meeting, while the flat action comes from Musselburgh. In Ireland, there is jumps racing action only which comes from Down Royal and Tramore.

Racecourses will be pleased to see a potential of rain forecast in the next coming week, although the rain has come too late for some with Taunton abandoning their next meeting on Thursday and Wincanton abandoning the last two meetings of their season. Unfortunately, in situations like this, there is only so much watering can do and we have had a lengthy dry spell.

The Premier League action continues today with Chelsea vs. Ipswich, Liverpool vs. West Ham and Wolves vs. Tottenham all kicking off at 2pm. The later game comes from Newcastle vs. Man Utd at 4:30pm.
