The racing action today comes from Haydock and Huntingdon who both have jumps cards and with the drying ground the field sizes are looking slightly less at the moment. The evening card on the all-weather comes from Southwell. There is no racing in Ireland today.

Kepagge was made a non-runner yesterday and will wait for another day with him. We head to Southwell tonight with Ocean Heights who runs in the 6:00pm Handicap over 1mile 3f with Taylor Fisher in the saddle. He has not been in top form of late, but he is edging down the weights and has the ability.

After the latest scratchings, of the Grand National entries Intense Raffles has become the new favourite after the Gold Cup hero Inothewayurthinkin was scratched from the race. A total of 11 horses were scratched in this stage and 67 horses remain in contention.

The Seven Barrows team have made plans for some of their stable stars, Lulamba who was second in the Triumph Hurdle could be set for another trip out as he came out of his effort at Cheltenham really well and fresh. The plan for Consitution Hill at the moment is still potentially Punchestown, he is all ok after his fall in the Champion Hurdle which is the most important thing. Palladium who was ruled out of the festival could make a return on the flat.
