      Kepagge runs today!
It's a relatively quiet day on the sporting front, the jumps action this afternoon comes from Exeter and Wetherby and the all-weather action comes from Wolverhampton this evening. There is no racing in Ireland scheduled today.

We head down the road to one of our local tracks, Exeter with just the one runner. Kepagge runs in the 4:27pm Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 5 1/2f with Jack Tudor in the saddle. Last time out he looked to be enjoying himself and running his best race for a while out in front but just couldn't go with them on the turn for home, the smaller field may suit him more today.

Now Cheltenham is over for another year, Aintree is the next festival on the horizon. Today shows the latest scratchings for the Randox Grand National which takes place on the 5th April so keep a look out on who stays in the next stages. Gold Cup hero Inothewayurthinkin is red hot favourite for the race.

It was great news for the Seven Barrows team yesterday as Sir Gino made his return to the yard after five weeks at Donnington Grove vets in Newbury. Nicky Henderson mentioned it is still a long way to recovery, but the team are hopeful he can return to the racecourse one day. Fingers crossed he can enjoy a nice summer in the field and make a quick and healthy recovery.

Yesterday I saw a guy spill all his scrabble letters on the road.

I asked him "What's the word on the street?"

Have a great Tuesday!
