        Activist wins at Fontwell!
It's the last Friday before Cheltenham and the jumps action comes from Exeter, Leicester and Ayr today with the all-weather action at Newcastle this evening. In Ireland, they race on the all-weather this evening at Dundalk.

We head to Exeter with two runners today. Shot Boii runs in the 4:20pm Handicap Chase over 3miles with Jack Tudor riding. He ran well last time out and he always tries his hardest when he runs and he should like the conditions.

Chauffeur Driven runs in the 5:22pm Novices’ Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 7f with Jack Tudor riding. He ran his best race yet last time out and responded well to first time visor. Fingers crossed he can continue the good run here today.

Yesterday Saccary travelled well and jumped well early on, I am sure he will improve again from this run. Lock Out ran well again, he kept plugging on to finish second and was unlucky to bump into one. Royal Mer also finished second and was racing quite keenly throughout and he kept plugging on to the line, I thought he might just get there! Another good run from him.

It was lovely to see Activist gain another win for the season, he jumped and travelled well and the visor certainly did the trick! Bras d’Or was making his debut for Pond House and he travelled well throughout and stayed on galloping to the line, he looks capable of winning a bumper before going over hurdles.

News also came out yesterday that James Bowens' appeal for his ban that runs during the Cheltenham Festival was not successful and he will still miss the festival. Harry Cobden has been confirmed to ride Palladium at the festival instead for the Seven Barrows team.

How can you tell if an ant is a boy or girl?

They're all girls! If they were boys they'd be called uncles!

Have a great Friday!
