Today we have just two jumps cards at Ffos Las and Plumpton and David has two runners at the Welsh track.  Stream Lady runs in the 2.00pm handicap hurdle which has a field of 18 runners.  She has not quite lived up to the promise of her Irish point to point form as yet but she now has a mark of 105 and you would hope she can improve.  Whitley Neill unseated last time out at Warwick in a snow blizzard but his form before that was okay.  He would have a small chance on previous form in this race.  Tom Scu rides both runners.

It is the second FA Cup semi final today as Watford play Wolves at 4pm.  I backed Wolves to beat Man United the other day and they seem in great form, although United did miss a lot of chances in that game.  Watford are 9/4 and that looks of interest to me.  Everton play Arsenal at 2.05pm and the gunners at 5/4 to win.

I have been having a look at the cricket betting.  As many of you know I am an Essex man and Essex are 9/2 to win the County Championships.  They finished third last season and with the news that Alistair Cook will be playing full time for them this season this will make a big difference.  They also have Ravi Bodard in the line up so they have a pretty strong team.  Don't forget where you heard this tip!
