It was a cracking first day at Cheltenham yesterday.  Great Endeavour was running a big race when he fell 2 out.  I don't think he would have won but he would have been in the frame and the most important thing is that he seems none the worse and his fine this morning.  Dan Breen finished 7th but did not look to stay the trip on this stiff track, maybe Aintree or even a race in Ireland may suit him better.  Swing Bill also ran another solid race to finish seventh and we are just pleased to report that all three of our runners are ok this morning which is the most important thing.

We had a good day in David's marquee.  The young Irish lad called Mark who appeared on the Morning Line yesterday performed in our wigwam!  He sang the same song as he did on Channel 4 if you may have seen him there and when he finished singing we had a job to stop him talking but he went down a storm!  We also had John Parrott as a guest and his bet of the day was Quevega so that went down well with everybody to!  Also on the panel was Tom Malone, Tom Scu, David, MCP and yours truly and we tried to tip everyone a winner or two at least!

It was one of the mildest days I have ever known at the Festival yesterday and although it is a little more cloudy this morning it is set to be another fairly warm day.  Young Jack Pipe has only just turned 1 years old but he already has been to two Festivals!  He really enjoyed his day out yesterday and I am sure he will visit a few more Festivals in the years to come!  Todays runners set off once again at 7.30am this morning.  David has a team of four and Sona Sasta kicks off the day in the first race, the 4 mile National Hunt chase.  I'm So Lucky runs in the Queen Mother Champion chase, Battle Group in the Coral Cup and The Tracey Shuffle in the Champion Bumper.  I was out once again early to capture them leaving and as you can see there is The Tracey Shuffle just being loaded onto the lorry.  It is going to be another cracking days action so enjoy everybody!  Im_So_Lucky_lorry_Chelt
