A horse to follow in the coming days could be 'Got Attitude' if he runs on Tuesday at Worcester.  He must be backed to win again as although 11 years old he won with any amount in hand at Uttoxeter and I don't think a penalty will stop him following up.  They had a thunderstorm at Ascot yesterday and the ground changed from good to firm to good to soft and more rain is forecast.  Keep an eye on the going if you are thinking of having a bet today but I guess at least it will take the sting out of the ground.

I have been watching some of the Tour De France and can you believe they have had a lot of rain.  We could actually do with some down here in the wet country!  There was a nasty fall in the race and a lot of the cyclists came down in a heap.  My wife says if they didn't ride so close then this would not happen, she does have a point!  The other amaing thing is that the race was actually in France!

It must be a hard thing to take when you are the person involved when they bet on you losing your job.  The England cricket captain Alistair Cook is 2/1 to lose his job after the test match which starts in Southampton.  They also bet 5/6 he will score less than 30 runs in his first innings of the test and that could be a good bet although he is a class batsman and he has got to come good and come back to form sooner or later!

A single woman comes home, see's what's in the fridge and goes to bed while married women come home, see what's in the bed and go to the fridge!  Have a nice day.
